Privacy on this site

This site is an editorial portal about bonus mechanics. We run no games, hold no gaming accounts and register nobody here. Even so, running a website generates some data, so it is only right to say which and what for.

Who publishes the site and in what role

ducatbetbonus.com is published by an editorial desk with its address at Michalská 1, 811 01 Bratislava. In relation to the data the site generates it acts as the controller — that is, it decides why and how that data is handled.

This document covers this domain only. It does not extend to third-party sites we link to; those have their own controller and their own rules.

What the desk focuses on is described in the about section.

Where our data comes from in the first place

There are three sources and all of them are operational. The first is e-mail: when someone writes to us, we receive their address, their name in whatever form they give it, and the content of the message.

The second is the technical server log: IP address, time of the request, browser type and the address of the page opened. Without it the site could neither be run nor defended against automated load.

The third is traffic measurement in aggregate form — view counts, location at country level and device type.

You will find no forms here for identity documents, payment details or data about your play.

What we need this data for

We use an e-mail address for one thing only — so that we can reply. Once dealt with, the conversation stays in the mailbox as a record and nothing further is done with it.

Technical logs serve operation and security: tracing errors, spotting unusual load and recovering after an outage.

Aggregate traffic figures show which explanations people read to the end and which they skip; we rewrite texts accordingly. We build no individual profiles. We do not sell data and we pass it to nobody for marketing outreach.

What the processing rests on under GDPR

The processing rests on two ordinary grounds of the general data protection regulation. Replying to an e-mail rests on the legitimate interest in dealing with a message, or on steps before concluding an agreement with someone interested in working together.

Logs and traffic measurement rest on legitimate interest as well: running a secure site and understanding whether the content does its job.

Anything beyond that would call for consent. Consent is voluntary and can be withdrawn at any time.

How long we keep what

We keep nothing longer than there is a reason to. The table sums up the logic without pretending to false precision.

What is generated How long it stays with us What happens to it then
E-mail correspondence until the message is dealt with and a reasonable time after deleted from the mailbox
Server logs briefly, per the hosting settings overwritten by newer entries
Aggregate traffic statistics long term, already with no link to a person stays as an anonymous summary

If you ask for deletion sooner, we will do it.

What you can ask of us

The regulation gives a data subject a set of rights and we respect them: you have the right to know whether we process anything about you and to receive a copy.

You may also ask for rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or transfer of the data to another controller. Against processing based on legitimate interest you have the right to object; we will then assess whether our reason outweighs it and explain the outcome to you.

If you feel we have got something wrong, you can turn to the competent supervisory authority for the protection of personal data in Slovakia. Most matters, though, can be settled with a single message straight to us.

How to reach us and what we do when things change

Send requests and questions about this document to redakcia@ducatbetbonus.com; the postal address is Michalská 1, 811 01 Bratislava. We reply within the period the regulation sets; if handling a request takes longer, we get in touch before it runs out.

So that we can match a request up, say in the message what it concerns and from which address you may have written to us before.

We amend this document as the technical set-up of the site changes; the date of the last amendment is under the text. Other ways of reaching us are on the contact page, and the rules for reading the site are summed up in the terms of use.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to register on the site to read the texts?
No. The site has no accounts or login and all content is public. Unless you write to us, we hold no contact detail about you.
Do you collect data about my deposits or how I play?
No. We are not a games operator and we have no access to gaming accounts. Registration, payments and identity checks are handled solely by the operator.
Do you use third-party advertising cookies?
We deploy no cookies for ad targeting or for building advertising audiences. What runs here is a technical layer and a traffic counter working with aggregate figures.
How do I ask for our correspondence to be deleted?
Write from the address you used before and say what the request concerns. We will remove the correspondence unless keeping it is needed as a record of an earlier report.
Do you transfer data outside the European Union?
We aim to keep processing within the European Economic Area. Where a supplier operates outside it, the transfer must be covered by the safeguards the regulation requires.
What happens if I block cookies in my browser?
The texts, tables and links stay accessible. The page simply will not remember your language choice and the visit will not show up in the statistics.
