An active bonus changes the rules of the table
With a bonus the casino lends value up front and wants certainty that it will be played the way both sides agreed. That is where the limits come from. They are not about whether a player may play, but about how they may play while a bonus balance sits in the account.
The frame has five typical dimensions: the size of a single bet, the choice of games and game mechanics, account behaviour and the player's identity, a cap on the amount withdrawn from the bonus, and the deposit conditions. Each dimension covers a different risk, so none can stand in for another.
If a player crosses any one of them, the offer is usually cancelled in full, not in part.
So it pays to know the guard rails before play begins.
How much may go into a single spin
The most common limit concerns the size of a single bet while the bonus is active. Without it the wagering turnover could be played out in a handful of large bets, which would turn the offer into something quite different from what was intended.
The cap may be stated as a fixed amount per spin, as a share of the bonus amount, or as a combination of both. Sometimes a separate rule is added for table bets and the live section, where the structure of betting is different.
Illustrative example (these are not Dukat.bet terms — check them in the official rules): if the cap is 5 EUR per spin, a bet of 7.50 EUR breaks it regardless of the fact that the player is otherwise meeting the turnover.
So do not estimate the value from other casinos. The only valid number is the one in the wording of your own offer.
Which games and features drop out during an offer
The second group is about content. An offer may exclude part of the game catalogue from wagering entirely, or give it a lower share towards the turnover. The reason is a different structure of risk: a low-volatility game and a high-volatility game behave differently towards a bonus.
Terms deal separately with the purchase of bonus features, meaning the option to buy entry into a bonus round for a multiple of the stake. This mechanic skips the normal course of play, so it tends to be banned while a bonus is active, or it does not count towards the turnover.
Bets with opposing coverage are treated much the same way, where a player covers several outcomes at once and artificially cuts the variance. The brand's portfolio holds titles from suppliers such as Kajot, Push Gaming and Yggdrasil, but how any single title counts is decided solely by the list in the terms of the offer, not by the name of the studio.
One player, one account, one household
The third group has nothing to do with play and everything to do with identity. Welcome mechanics are tied to a person, so terms commonly limit the offer to one account, one e-mail address, one home address, one device and one payment method.
The point is to stop the same person drawing the same offer over and over through several registrations. Identity verification before the first withdrawal is directly linked to this rule — it is what confirms that the account belongs to whoever is using it.
This group also covers the requirement that the payment method be in the name of the account holder. Third-party accounts tend to be excluded without exception.
What caps the amount you finally take away
The fourth group works on the output. Even after every condition has been met, there may be a limit on how much of the bonus branch can be moved into the cash balance and then withdrawn.
The cap is worded in several ways — as a fixed amount, as a multiple of the original bonus, or with free spins as a limit on the winnings they produce. Anything above the line is written off at the moment of transfer.
For practical planning this group matters more than it seems: the withdrawal cap is what decides how much of an offer's nominal value can really be used. How such value is estimated is covered on the page about the real value of a bonus.
Always read the number together with the turnover requirement. On its own it says little.
The deposit and its method as a condition of their own
The fifth group kicks in before the first bet. An offer may require a minimum deposit, a particular payment method, or exclude certain wallets and prepaid cards from any entitlement to the bonus.
Alongside that comes a rule about order: the bonus attaches to a deposit made after the offer was claimed, not retroactively to an earlier one. And if the offer is tied to the first deposit after registration, a second deposit generally falls outside it.
The exception to this logic is the 15% Cashback, which also works on its own without the welcome package — though it too has conditions of its own that need to be read separately.
Five groups of limits in one table
The table gives no values, only what to look for in each group. The specific figures for Slots Bonus, Instant Bonus and Live Casino Bonus are in the official Dukat.bet rules.
| Group | What it is there for | How to check it in your offer |
|---|---|---|
| Size of the bet | stops the turnover being played out in a few large bets | look for the cap per spin and a separate rule for the live section |
| Games and mechanics | evens out different volatility and blocks shortcuts | read the list of game shares and the paragraph on buying bonus features |
| Account and identity | stops the same person drawing the offer repeatedly | check the rule on one account, one address and one payment method |
| Withdrawal from the bonus | caps the sum transferable into cash | find the withdrawal cap and any separate limit on spin winnings |
| Deposit and its method | decides whether a deposit creates an entitlement at all | verify the minimum amount, the allowed methods and the order of deposits |
Together with turnover and the time frame, these groups make up the whole frame of an offer. The mechanics of turnover are explained in the wagering rules, and the timing side on the page about bonus validity.
What follows once the frame is crossed
Breaking any of the groups usually leads to the cancellation of the bonus and of the funds produced by it. The player's own deposit is judged by how the terms separate the cash account from the bonus account.
What matters is that this step is not an individual decision by support. The system compares every bet against the parameters of the offer and flags a mismatch automatically, often retroactively during the check before a withdrawal. That is why an argument from ignorance does not work in practice.
Neither a bonus nor its completion assures any profit — it only changes the conditions under which play happens. Answers to the most common points of confusion in the wording of terms are gathered in our FAQ on terms.
