Editorial address
E-mail: redakcia@ducatbetbonus.com. It is the only channel through which we receive and process messages.
Registered address: Michalská 1, 811 01 Bratislava. The postal address is there for formal correspondence; ordinary questions about the content are settled faster by e-mail.
Who we are and what the site covers is described on the about page.
Topics that belong with us
The most useful messages are the ones about the text on this site. We wrote it, so we can also correct or expand it.
It is worth writing if you have found an inaccuracy, a contradiction or a sentence that can be read two ways. We equally welcome a note that some wording no longer matches how a mechanic works today. Reports like that are what triggers a revision most often.
The second group is requests for an explanation. If the rules leave you unable to work out how required turnover is calculated, or in what order bonus and cash balances are settled, write and tell us. We answer in general terms, at the level of the mechanic, and where it helps we add the topic straight into the article.
New topics are welcome too, as long as they can be explained without access to your account.
Where we cannot help
We are not the operator. We hold no player accounts, take no bets, neither credit nor cancel bonuses and process no payments. Your balance, your game history and the state of your identity check are all invisible to us.
In practice that means there is no point asking us for a bonus, for an account to be unblocked, for a withdrawal to be sped up or for a change to the conditions that apply to you. We have no such power and never will.
We do not collect documents either. Do not send us photos of an ID card, bank statements or screenshots containing personal data; they are unusable for us. How we handle data from ordinary e-mail correspondence is described on the privacy page.
Who to ask about what
The table is a shortcut for when you are unsure of the recipient. Left column the type of question, middle the recipient, right the reason.
| Question | Who handles it | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Unclear or misleading passage in an article | editorial desk | we wrote the text, only we can fix it |
| Wording that no longer fits today's mechanic | editorial desk | revisions are ongoing and such reports start them |
| Request to break down a wagering calculation | editorial desk | we can explain the formula and the order of steps |
| Bonus not credited or cancelled | operator support | the operator decides on offers, not us |
| Stuck deposit or withdrawal | operator support | payments run outside us, we are not in that chain |
| Identity check, blocked account | operator support | it involves documents we must not accept |
| Which parameters apply to my offer | operator support | only the official offer holds the valid wording |
| Deposit limits, a break from play, self-exclusion | operator support | these are set directly in the player account |
The last row has a page of its own, see responsible gaming.
How to write a message that gets dealt with quickly
The subject line should state the topic in one sentence. In the body, add the link to the specific page and quote the sentence in question; that saves us hunting through the article.
If you are flagging a factual error, say how you think the wording should read. It need not be an exact formulation, a direction is enough. With a request for an explanation it helps to say what you already understood from the terms and where the chain broke.
English is fine, and so is Slovak or Czech. One topic per message works better than a list of ten questions in a single paragraph.
Above all: never send login details. We will never ask you for them.
Reply times and corrections to published text
We promise no specific hours. The desk is small, we read messages on working days and reply in the order they arrived; simple reports usually within a few working days, more involved topics take longer.
Where a message concerns an error, we handle it in two steps. First we fix the text, then we reply; the correction comes first, because it helps every other reader too. At each revision we move the update date under the article forward.
Not every report ends in a change. If checking it convinces us the original wording was right, we will write back and explain what we based that on.
Questions that keep coming up move over time into the overview on the frequently asked questions about terms page.
